RENAULT created the www.renault-ze.com site (hereinafter refered to as the 'site') for the information and personal use of its users (hereinafter referred to collectively as 'the users'). Your use of the site must comply with the conditions of access and use set out in the details below  ("CAU") and all the applicable laws and regulations. By accessing the site, reading and using it, you accept the CAU unreservedly. These will prevail over any other agreement you may enter into with RENAULT.

2. Intellectual property

Copyright and/or rights to designs and models
This website constitutes is owned and written by RENAULT under the Intellectual Property Code.
The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, animated sequences with or without sound as well as all works incorporated into the website are the property of RENAULT or a third party and have been authorised by RENAULT to use them.
The models of vehicles represented on the site are protected by copyright and articles L.511.1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code on the protection of registered models.
Subject to the exceptions set forth in the Intellectual Property Code, any reproduction, representation, use or modification, by any procedure and on any support whatsoever, of all or part of the site or all or part of the different works and vehicle models that make it up, without obtaining RENAULT's prior approval, are strictly prohibited and constitute the offence of piracy for which the parties in breach may be prosecuted.

Trademark rights
The RENAULT name, RENAULT logo (diamond-shaped lozenge), the name of vehicles in the RENAULT range and associated products and services and the slogans and logos accompanying these trademarks are all trademarks lodged in the name of  RENAULT s.a.s. subject to a specific indication to the contrary.
Other trademarks are also mentioned. In general, they are identified by a capital letter. They are used by RENAULT either with the authorisation of their owner or as a mere indication of products and services offered by  RENAULT.
The reproduction, imitation, use or REPLACEion of its trademarks without having obtained prior approval from RENAULT or the respective owners of such trademarks constitutes the offence of piracy, for which the parties in breach may be prosecuted.

Subject to provisions in these CAU, the user may not copy, modify or reproduce in any form whatsoever information appearing on the site, may not interfere with the site or act that infringes RENAULT's intellectual property rights or those of third parties which have authorised  RENAULT to use them. The use of one of RENAULT's intellectual property rights or those of a third party that has authorised RENAULT to use it which has not been expressly authorised by these CAU  is strictly prohibited.

3.  Management of passwords and access code

In the course of the registration process, you will input an account name and password. You alone will be responsible for keeping your account, your password and any actions undertaken on your account and password secret. You will notify RENAULT immediately of any non-authorised use of your account and/or password. It is also up to you to make sure that you log off after each session. RENAULT cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising in the case of a breach of these obligations.


4. Information on products and services

These screens provide a general presentation of RENAULT's products and services distributed in mainland France.

As part of its policy is to continuously improve its products and services, RENAULT reserves the right to modify the information appearing on this site, in particular that relating to the technical characteristics and equipment of the models presented at any time without notice. However, this will not give rise to any liability on RENAULT's part  or that of its sales network or employees.

RENAULT's business network in France will be available to you for all information, in particular as regards prices and availability of the models presented and their most recent developments which you may wish to learn about for each of the products and services presented on the site. The prices listed are the maximum recommended prices including the cost of preparation and the supply and affixing of the permanent number plates.

·         Materials used

All seats described as leather on this site are made partly of genuine leather and partly of coating textiles. Where the gear shift knob and steering wheel are said to be leather, they are covered with a layer of leather.

The services presented on this site are offered on the premises of members of the participating RENAULT network. The prices indicated are the maximum recommended prices.

5.Personal data
Any personal data is collected so that we can send you the RENAULT electronic newsletter and to enable you to reserve an electric vehicle. They will be used solely by RENAULT and its partners companies for the purpose of processing your requests, for surveys, analyses, institutional communications and, if you agree, for commercial offers. According to the Data Protection Act, Law No. 78-27 of 06/01/1978 as amended by Law No. 2004-801 of 06/08/04, you have a right to access and amend these details and also a right to refuse these details from being processed by contacting us by email at the address info.ze@renault-ze.com.

6. Cookies
We would to install a cookie on your computer. A cookie does not allow us to identify you. In general, it records information about your computer's browsing (the pages you've visited, on what date and at what time you visited them etc.), which we can read when you visit the site again.
